Return Window & Eligibility
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible cycling equipment. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Cycling Equipment-Specific Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Helmets and other headgear (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital goods, including eBooks and online courses
- Perishable items, such as energy gels and snacks
- Used or damaged equipment
Return Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in new, unused condition.
- The original packaging must be intact and included.
- All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made for items of equal or lesser value. To exchange an item, follow the return process and specify the item you wish to receive in exchange. The item must meet the return condition requirements.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and ensure you receive the correct product or a replacement at no additional cost.
