Processing Times
At Remote Bikes Cycling, we strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days. Custom or special orders may take longer, and we will notify you of any delays.
Domestic Shipping Options & Timeframes
We offer several domestic shipping options for our cycling equipment:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day (available for select items)
All shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and the carrier’s performance.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders typically take 7-21 business days for delivery, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Damaged / Lost Packages
If your package is damaged upon arrival or goes missing, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours. We will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier and resolving the issue.
Free Shipping Threshold
We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $75. This applies to cycling equipment and accessories only.
Special Handling
Certain items, such as bicycles and large accessories, may require special handling and packaging due to their size and fragility. These items may incur additional shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
